Quick update...working on invoices. Some people had typos in their email address and autocorrect took over two that I entered. Human error happens and the vendor is being very responsive.
I have pm'd individuals regarding their invoices.

Hey all!

I’m waiting for the vendor to update the status for our list here. I’m keeping an eye out and checking 3 x per day. As soon as they are able to, they assured me they would update their records. (Don’t hate on the guys not listed as paid).

 

Pay already!

 

Direct phone calls are on tap for tomorrow to some folks.

 

As you can see by the list update, some have not responded after multiple attempts. Luckily, there are a few that signed up after the 40. I spoke with the vendor and they will be sent invoices. The “pending clear” guys have nothing to do with this issue.

It’s not cool to back out or just ignore multiple messages when an entire group is waiting. Unfortunately, those who need to hear this probably aren’t following this thread anyway.

The vendor set up the gb with the premise that all 40 would be paid before shipping. Everyone was aware of that. Now that folks have dropped out, you can see the problem. I’m doing what I can in my power to get this through for you all. There’s a lot going on in the background to make this happen. Thanks for your patience.

Some people backed out which is a no-no and delays EVERYTHING for the group.
We had the requested minimum (per the vendor) of 40 pay today, so I leaned the vendor to start shipping/providing tracking numbers.

 

What do you mean "since the guy before you hasn't responded?" I paid as soon as the invoice came in!

 

How much for one of these? I don't see pricing in the page at all. I may be interested if the price is right.

Is there going to be any consequences for those who chose to not pay / back out? Seems kinda jacked they hold everyone else up.... :ban hammer:

 

That’s on the vendors plate as of Monday.

As for the ban hammer...that’s up to TW Admin. I for one, have made note of these non-compliant TW members in the past (this gb included) and don’t allow them into the gb’s I run in the future, for this very reason. It doesn’t happen often I must say, so that’s a great reflection on the members here!
