    These will fit any generation, they just need to be "retrofitted". You would need new housings with clear lenses for the retrofit.

    I use the thinner hex locking nut, and just cut off the "flange" on the back of the reflector bowl. Works great then.

    Yes, you have to have all Morimoto parts for the discount. Anything else wouldn't be eligible per the first post.

    How much time do you have on the entire setup right now?

    Thanks Andrew for answering my endless questions ;)

    Just ordered another set for my 2nd retrofit, going with the mini h1 again since I want to keep my denso ballasts and honestly cant complain with the output although i know the d2s is better now. Ill probably just pass my new XB ballast to my sister since she needs a reliable one anyway.

    going with the g37 shrouds and upgraded to the xb35 5500k bulbs also.

    awesome!..i was kinda iffy about the xb35. you know what they say "if it aint broke, dont fix it". I really didnt have any issues with the 3five but for a few bucks more and 25% off , you be stupid not to upgrade

    The setup is approx 3-4 years old. Phillips bulbs are new.

    Looking to get a set of mini H1's on order thanks guys!

    *edit* and order placed. Once these are installed I'm thinking about attacking my old f150 that has terrible lighting. Looks like there would be quite a bit of cutting involved but I'm guessing it would be totally worth it the first time I use the truck at night.

    There is such a glut of poor quality/bad customer service in the HID retrofit business that it is refreshing to find this thread. Andrew, the way you have taken care of these guys has pushed me to actually take a look at your company for a kit. I'll yell if I have any questions.

    Do it. They have great customer service. Very patient on the phone and get right on warranty issues. I just got replacement stuff from them and it was a very simple, fast process.

    Basically just bore out that hole big enough for the Mini D2S 3.0's threaded shaf t to pass through. It will still bolt on.
