I thought so to but I zoomed in and can still see part of the shroud on the right headlight in the pic where the halo stops

Does anyone know what size "rubber housing caps" are used on the 01-04s? (the big rubber boot that goes on the back of the headlight housing, covering the back of the bulbs)
Mine are dried out and cracked up.
TRS sells them in a few different sizes but I cant get an exact enough measurement with all the wiring ad stuff in the way.

I'll measure the ones on my new headlights when I get home in a bit.

Mine I think are 80 or 90mm but that's for a 13. I think they fit fine I just secured the edges with electrical tape to make sure it stays on good

When I looked up the part numbers I saw that 2wd and 4wd versions are different part numbers and there was some type of difference between the pre-01 and 01-04's.

2wd and 4x4 are the same but the 2000 and older have different headlights.

I know all 2005-2015 headlights are 80mm caps, not sure of the first gen to be honest.

I'm using Mini D2S kit and Gatling Gun 2.0 Shrouds. Am I supposed to have centric rings with this setup? I don't have any and it's not fitting together quite like I think it should.

The issue I was having would not have been remedied by JB Weld. I got it though. Just finished the first light. Everything works as it should and the halo is bright as shit. I'll do the passenger side headlight tomorrow and get them installed and wired up this weekend.
