Recheck everything on that passenger side. Do you have a clean splice to the parking lights and to the turn signal? No loose strands that can be touching right?

Good idea, I just used the wire from the previous halos and never looked back at the previous splicing job. Ill be sure to check that.

    Thanks

But also, it seems to just happen when I flip the headlights on.

First post near the bottom. Andrew has a write up for installing projectors, as well as wire harness.

There are a couple of guys on TW that will build you a set. That's what I did for my first set. Now that I know how they go together I will prolly build the next set myself. It is not to hard if you use the D2 Morimoto Mini kits on TRS.com and if you are careful to keep everything clean during the build.

Unfortunately not, only the Stage III kits listed in the first post are valid.

the PNP upgrade seems like a pretty good deal. why is it so much cheaper than the other regular deals? it seems like it comes with all the same stuff.

i guess what im getting at is...what does the PNP upgrade not have that the normal kit does?

    fx-r stage 3 is $315
    PNP upgrade; fx-r stage 3 is $200

but it looks like the pnp upgrade is only missing a wire harness...it still comes with your choice of bulbs. and its also a stage 3 kit in the pnp upgrade

It doesn't come with the ballasts or wiring. It's an upgrade FROM a PNP kit to projectors, so you would already need to have a PNP HID kit.

    Hey guys,

Ive been emailing since 9/12 about a potential warranty issue. Only managed to determine that there's no corrosion on any of the connections at the request of your customer service rep. Thats not much progress in 6 days. So, I figure I'd try on here.
Although I know you'll have it in your emails, the problem is that the headlights are not turning on upon the initial flick of the headlight switch. I'm having to turn the headlight switch on/off multiple times before the headlights fire up. Problem seems to be getting worse.
Again, no corrosion on any connectors.
Is there anything else you guys want me to check? I'd like to have the product warrantied if in fact it's faulty, but want to check anything you need me to ahead of time to expedite the process. I leave for Dallas on Monday and if I can narrow things down and ship something back to you on Monday, when I won't need to drive the truck, I'd like to.

    Please let me know
    Thanks......

ive had a wiring harness that did that to me. i took a good luck at all the connectors and noticed that the plug was not fully connected with the wire.
i noticed this by turning on the headlights and examining the ballast and harness and i could hear the plugs "humming" (they were actually arcing between the wire and the plug) so i turned the headlights off and disconnected it from the battery and reattached the plugs to the wire. note: i am talking about a cheap wiring harness and not the ballast/harness that come with the TRS packages.
i was probably the one to damage the plugs from pulling too hard on it.
maybe try taking a harder look at the plugs that plug into the ballast.

    hope this helps
