Please post output shots!! I love your truck, so clean. Looks like I will make number 10 in this buy so I'm sure others will appreciate me making up my mind haha.

I will later on tonight. Give me about an hour! Then only thing I would recommend is, in my case, getting new headlight housings or lens.

The lenses on my headlight housings are so foggy and old, I'm getting new housings and I will swap them over

Yeah, I got new black housing headlights for Christmas. Those nasty ass stock headlights were one of the first things to go. I also plan on painting the whole inside of the lens black when I finally decide to do a retro.

I put mine in a few days ago. Tonite I was driving home and my high beam on the drivers side started sticking. I have the mini DS2's and when i test fitted everything was fine. Pretty frustrating. Ill have to contact TRS Monday to see what's up. I've noticed this is becoming a frequent problem with these recent batches.

Group buy is ongoing. If you missed this batch, another will likely be complete and shipping within a couple of weeks.

GB is only good for FX-R, D2S, and Mini-H1 projector retrofits... no "plug and play" systems for fogs or factory housings.

Not to be a jerk, but I don't really think its fair for someone with 1 post to be able to save over $60 on a deal TRS has made with TacomaWorld simply because you have a TW username. I mean how do I even know you have a tacoma with only 1 post? Seems like some people hear about this deal, make a user, and take advantage of a little money saving. Sorry for the rant.. but not really, because that's how I feel

That's up to TRS to decide.

Previous group buys, before going to the "ongoing", were publicized on 3 or 4 other forums.

I have noticed that the majority of people that fill the gb have <10 posts. Could be for the reason you stated, could not. I was thinking that the mini retro's are a fairly simply mod that really could be what gets them started on the "mod bug". Who knows though.

I completely agree with this post. I have felt the same with a lot of other Group Buys as well. A member and a contributor are 2 quite different things... But as Rich said it is ultimately up to TRS to decide.

Also note, 2012+ owners, you will have to modify the rotation on the d2s kit, seems they are about 15 degrees rotated to the right, so I had to cut the locking washer for rotation in half to achieve a level output. Yes, I had a blast installing this pnp system, none-the-less, happy with the look and quality of these kits.

Bring up the member list and sort by post count.

There aren't enough active posters on any forum to support more than a couple of rounds of these group buys. 60,000 users... maybe 100-200 that are regularly active "members of the community". Of those 60k, only about 4500 have more than 150 posts.
We started to bump against that last year with the 20-order minimums taking over a month to fill (even with help from other forums) and at least one buy just petering out, before Ambiguous stepped in with his 10-order buys.

I'm in no means mad about the whole minimal posts things. I just dont necessarily think its the right thing to do. Im glad a good company like TRS gets the business
