OK hopefully my last question. What did u guys do with the dust boot on the back? there is one on the bottom of the square plug in thing for the back of the housing which seems in the way. I was planning on putting the boot on and hoping i can stuff the plug part of the square thing that attaches to the bulb through. PIctures are welcome. @deeezy @gym_jamz Thanks gents!

I cut out the stock boot hole just enough to squeeze the square thing and bulb through. I then used the rubber boot I bought from TRS to put over all of that crap. I made a slit in the rubber boot from TRS facing the bottom and routed the wires through it. I basically just did whatever because there was no write up for that part.
I saw a post from TRS that said he just leaves it sort of open with the stock boot and doesn't have any moisture issues.

@gordi The square part of the bulb holder thing is not in my boot, just the round part. The rest was showing but I covered it with an extra set of boots I bought. So I have a boot covering the stock boot. Maybe mines overkill.

I didn't use the rubber piece that comes with your d2s connectors. I just cut the middle oem boot enough to slide the d2s connectors through. I don't have pictures though. You can use TRS' 80 mm boot if you want

I modified mine to fit anyway. Not watertight but keeps spray off from when I wash the engine bay.

You may have to adjust it a little bit still

Or, maybe his left headlight is adjusted too far to the right, pointed toward the passenger side. So the cutoff may be correct but it's starting to "drop off" like it does on the ends. ????
