I can't see the shrouds, but mini square d2s with square halos. That's about it!

How long are the 7.0's on back order?

 

Those were mine. They ended up being damaged when I bought them. One of the shrouds had fallen off and a tab was broken. I sold my truck before getting around to fixing them so I gave them to @doreydeluxe for his rig.

 

One container came in, not sure what's in it.

Any ideas on how long harnesses, ballasts, and shrouds are usually on back order for??

 

Mine have been for nearly a month with no sign of them coming back. I called TRS asking why they hadn't even sent out an update as to what was going on and they were super rude and basically said it's because of people like me calling that they're too busy with to send an order update to the thousands of customers waiting. They basically blamed everything on customs and said they couldn't do anything. Then the next day, an email was sent to the masses.

 

From what everyone was posting on FB group, this week I think. I've seen people recieved harnesses, shrouds, retro rubber, etc.

 

Wow, that's wonderful. Care to share the email? I'm on the verge of ordering.

 

Depends on what was ordered. The mini D2S will be back ordered longer.

Yeah, give me a bit to find it. If possible, I'd shop somewhere else. I haven't had good customer service at any point, before or after ordering. I wish I would have found another vendor. They sure didn't hesitate to charge my account though, otherwise I'd have cancelled the order by now.

For many of you looking for an update on your order, that’s probably what you’ve been hearing for a few weeks now. We understand how it feels to be fed a bit of false-hope over and over again and we don’t like it either.

It all started with higher than predicted demand in January and February. Follow that up with everything we needed to re-stock getting stuck at the border for six weeks over a variety of circumstances. We were repeatedly told “this week, this week” by the brokers to no avail. Rushed in a new shipment by air to save the day, and then proceeded to wait even longer when the carrier failed to route the freight properly. We really couldn’t script a worse string of bad luck if we tried!

Our customer service team has been working overtime to help pass on the most current ETA’s to everybody whose called in wondering what’s up. Best estimates over the course of the last month have proven inaccurate due to all of the unforeseen circumstances. We have done (and continue to do) our honest best. Misleading our customers is the last thing we ever aim to do.

On the other hand, our warehouse team has been enjoying an “on call” vacation. …With few parts to quality-control or pick and ship, we were forced to send most of the poor guys home!

But that vacation is going to be over next week. Now that we have firmed up delivery dates on inventory, most back-orders will start hitting the road on Monday, April 11th and fulfillment will continue in high volume from thereon. These orders will be filled in the order they were received, and given priority in our shipping department.

Unless the world ends, we believe all orders should be filled no later than April 20th. The only exception may be for those waiting on Morimoto Mini D2S 3.0 projectors, whom we do not have a concrete date for just yet.

We’re a company of car guys. Hitting the ‘submit’ button on an order for anything we buy for our own cars and then learning it’s going to take a while to show up isn’t cool. So we get it! This is the last time we’ll make you wait this long for any order. We mean that

During this time, we have implemented many changes to our standard operating procedures in the inventory planning and logistics department to prevent such a headache from happening again.
