I'll post some output shots later but I have the cutoffs aligned with the oem alignment. I think it may be because of it being a RHD set of projectors but the driver side projector isn't as bright as the passenger side.

Looks Great! what was the toughest part of the job? the white paint on the reflectors looks killer.
waiting for D2S 4 to come out than I think I'm going to try it,

Thanks! The painting was my favorite part of the whole thing and it turned out great. Just used a rattle can to do it too. Toughest part was the wiring with the switchbacks and epoxying the projectors in. I just tied the switchback into my DRL. The epoxy part was pretty nerve wracking because I really didn't wanna mess it up. You should definitely do it. The light output and the cuttoff cannot be matched by OEM headlights.

Looks good though, it could be the angle.

4.0s won't be out til mid sept. was the last time I heard.
Careful on wiring the switchback to front dtrl. Especially if you want amber function to work correctly. Unless you somehow got it figured out

So when you wire into DTR,
Disappointed on release of 4.0's was thinking sometime this month. I was wanting to get the switchback panamera and adding a switchback halo to the front of the shroud, looking to build something like this... (took picture off this site note mine) what is best way to wire it in your opinion?, I don't mind running a switch to cab for on/off function.

Yeah, I think they wanted to tweak some stuff to the 4.0s.

The reason why I said careful because you can't simply tap into your front turn signals for your blinkers. Wont work, Toyota made the front signals constant, meaning the amber will always be on. I just tap into my rear turn signals for my amber function. I'm sure there's a way up front, like how trd sports have turn signals on the mirrors, but I didn't feel like finding the harness. If you do have a trd sport, I'm sure you can tap into that

My switchbacks are wired into the DRL's. The amber is constant on DRL function and on the side indicator function. It is white when my headlights are turned on. It blinks on all settings. I really liked they way it turned out but it took me a long time with a multimeter to figure out how to do it. Just a note, the power to the DRL's is different when the truck is on vs when it is just in ACC or turned off. That messed me up big time the first time I wired them up. When the truck is off the swichbacks do the opposite of when it is on. I don't know why it does that.

No not a TRD, ultimate set up would be to control amber completely from in cab, Not sure how to do this (what to tap into)?? Have whites turn on with DTR or something else, neither have to blink, I'm not worried about that. It looks the panamera come with an option for already installed larger halo is this correct? So I would still have to buy the front or smaller one and install?
Been digging through threads about the wiring, I know this answer is out there somewhere, I appreciate any insight.

Yes, with ability to shut both down when projectors on.

Not so easy. Hahaha my halos are on a switch inside the cab. I have the ability to turn off my halos (I forgot if i can turn amber off or not, white for sure) I run two relays together to get them to turn off with the headlights on. The amber still blinks with my projectors on though.

Alright one more scenario for now...
What if I only wanted to control amber, switch to turn them on/off nothing else... easy?

That's super easy for sure. Wire it on a switch, like a lightbar. With a relay and all that

Just go to complete kit and select Morimoto Mini d2s Stage 3 Kit.

Doesn't work unless you have morimoto mini d2s stage 3 kit in your cart.
