My understanding is that COB LEDs look great like one solid tube. But they are very fragile and break easily. So you'll start having parts of the halo die.

The XSB halos use SM LEDs which last longer but COB "housing" to look better then SMD LEDs. So they last longer and are more reliable but look great.

What is a good price for a used set of OEM headlights? Got on Craigslist asking $100 I think he's crazy.

If they are in good shape, IMO I think $100 is a deal!

    For what year?
If its for 2012-15 thats a relly good deal, if there is no broken tabs and no cracks.

The cheapest i could find was 150 for mentioned years. And were with a few broken tabs.

The same shit everyone else has.
Id pay 50$ a pop for lights in very good condition.

I put 2 in each of my lights. I glued them to the inside of the bezels.

I did not because the 01-04 headlights have a vent in the back that allows moisture to escape/equalize with the environment around it. Same with the corner lights, they have little vents

Stock ones don't, they are sealed beams.

Aftermarket ones with H4 bulbs could though...hard to say. Which is what id assume you'd be doing a retro fit on anyways.

Yeah probably aftermarket everything. Some people keep their OEM backs because they hold adjustments better but one of mine is broken anyway
