    BUMP!
Does anyone have a good solution to this?
My halos are are on the truck already waiting to be wired. My thought was to run wire in through the firewall and hook them up to some thing inside. But that's just a brainstorm.

I need to get the halo thing sorted out too. Not too excited about hacking up the factory wiring.

I don't know how to wire this but I know you can wire them up to your cigarette lighter since that comes on when car is on

The same shit everyone else has.
Find a 12v switched source if you want them to light anytime the trucks on. Start with a multimeter under the hood at the fuseblock

Finally starting to look like a set of headlights again instead of a pile of plastic crap.

What is everyone doing with their high beam wires? I see some drilling a separate hole in the housing but I was just planning on running it through the hole in the housing that the factory rubber boot goes over along with the bulb and ballast.

I ran them through the little holes where to bulb cover was. That way the wires don't pinch when you put the metal washer on and stuff

I did that for running the wires through the reflector, but was wondering about the headlight housing itself.

If u only have those wires, just run them trought the rubber boot. So that u dont do any holes to the headlights.

What i did is i had to make a whole to the headlight cause i run more than just high beams cables.

Projector retrofit finally completed. Still need to tweak the alignment but output is pretty damn good. The high beams are insane. I ran out of time yesterday and didn't install the bolt on the lower arm of the headlights and have a little bit of jitteryness over rough surfaces and the lights are a bit loose too. Not sure why some people say you don't need to bother putting that bolt back in. I'll be putting it back in tomorrow when it's supposed to be slightly less freezing outside. And of course a few shitty cell phone pics...

Those turned out nice. That lower "hidden" bolt is 100% necessary like you mentioned.

Well I think I'm gonna give this a go again, but this time on my new Tundra. The factory headlights absolutely suck especially after I have had retros for so long in my Tacoma. It looks like this one may be a whole different animal though doing this retro.
