    Edit***

Shipping is estimated during the checkout process here is what it states on the website
Important information for customers from outside Canada
If your order is to be delivered outside the Canada, it may incur import duty and local sales taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid upon receipt of shipment. These rules vary by country so please contact your local customs office for further information.

What that value is I'm unsure.

I inquired with Luke to get some estimates for customs/tax etc on the shipping.

Yeah that might kill quite a bit of the discount. But will see how this shakes out.

I know quite a few Canadian vendors use US distribution to avoid issues like that. That eats up into a lot of business. Considering the weight and size of this.... definitely gonna be interesting.

    Edit:
Ran another shipment for another vendor and shipping was $245- .. looks like that's the industry standard unless it's a local pickup.

do you think there are other import fees? Maybe due at delivery or something. Just don't want any surprises. 200 is pretty good.

Still haven't heard a response from Luke. I'll figure that out so there is complete transparency on the shipping prior to launching the official opening of the GB.

@bski22 what makes these RTT's better than say the CVT Summit series or Tepui ruggedized tents?

    Here is Treelines reasoning:
    https://treelineoutdoors.com/pages/faq

my opinion is that it comes down to preference but some of the key points are:

-Solar integration ready with goal zero products
    - Aluminum Honey Comb base (lightest and strongest base on the market)
    -2 year warranty

    Other personal reasons

-The contours of the tent opposed to the Square Design that has been on the market for several years.
-It is inspected and assembled in their factory before shipment so you literally are ready to go (only thing left to do is slide the telescoping portion of ladder)

Those are my personal key points. But as you probably already know there are a ton of options out there. The web comparison we can all do in few minutes.
