    Just out of curiosity. Did you order color swatches? The reason I ask is if you did, they won’t start or charge for your order until you respond with the color choice. Had that happen when I ordered my front seats.

    No I didnt I already knew my colors so didnt need to. I got an email back from them and they have no record of my order at all as wel . This is irritating especially because I'm not the only one that had their order disappear ggggggrrrrrrrrrr. So a waste of 3 weeks plus a waste of a code rrrrooooaaaarrrrrr........

    They worked mine out, even corrected price, (they don’t embroider rear seats) kept the group buy discount. They were very apologetic. Seems like a great company who made a little mistake. It’s how they correct it that matters. They’ll have my business again for sure!

    crap bolted and welded together....
    After installing the covers... one seat didn't even make it a day before the stiching has started to come apart on the back... not really impressed so far. They look great, but if this is how the quality is going to play out, I may have to talk to wet okole.

    I've had mine for 2 years in a daily driver and they still look brand new. I'd bring the issue up with WO. Sounds like a bad stitch.
