Got the kit installed after work was shocked how quick it got here very nice set up

 

If you can, those large washers need to go on the other side of the bed. Should be:

Quick connect > bed > washer > threaded brass connection

Like that those connections may not be tight enough and could cause a pressure leak. If it works then great, but if you get a chance id consider switching it. Looking good though

 

Oh I gotcha haha I actually got a smaller washer on the inside that I had in the tool box extras from other projects haha barely got it to thread on at first but got a few turns on it after test fitting

@ProForce Did you ever consider putting a 90 off the pump and then hooking the hose to that to prevent any kinking in the hose for the portable unit?

 

The issue is that the pump already comes standard with a hose barb on it. So id have to have about 1.5 inches of tubing at a minimum to connect the pump barb to a 90° barb. It just wouldnt fit because the pump is already so wide. It would also add 4 more hose clamps to the setup and create 4 more potential leaking points. I tried a softer tubing the bends easier but it also kinked. The thicker braided tubing you see pictured works like a charm and i feel produces just as much if not more pressure then the built in kit, even with the kink you see. So i opted to leave it alone. But ill likely still try a few other tube materials if i make any more. I want to keep it durable and also food grade so a soft silicone tube is out of the question. But it works great for now

How long of a power harness are you providing?

 

18 ft. Its a coiled harness so contracts down small just like the yellow hose
