Not yet. I'm going to the dealer today after work and will see what they say again and again and hope they can fix the problem. Will post an update on this thread when i get home. I really wanna go wheeling and try out my new lift but want this noise to go away first. I went outside for a sec and checked the body mounts and they seem fine. Not loose when checked with my hand but idk. Still could be loose and not tighten. Went to the dealer twice already and they cant seem to find the problem. I hope this time when I go in and tell them about the body mount bolts, mabye this will help.

They are. I first looked at that and tighten them by hand and there super tight. So idk lol. I went to a offroad shop and they said it was my bushings to my lower control arm but they were full of shot cause there fine. I hate trying to solve problems that i can't find lol

Hey guys. This is a update. Went to the toyota dealer for the third time today. They test drove it. They checked all the bolts again. Everything and nothing was loose. I told them to use the air tools to tighten every little nut on my front end. They said thats all we can do and drove it home and thought it was fixed. 10 mins later its still fucking there lol. I'm like beyond pissed. I dont know what the hell is wrong but they cant see to fix it and I cant either. Grrrrrrr:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Did you take it back to the alignment shop? Don't know if you took it to toyota to do alignment..but if any of the toe caster or chamber are off by a couple degrees that will cause a clunk...do not know how but it does...have them re align the truck and get numbers again...do not know if u checked sticking brake pads and or hood hinges and lock...jus my 2 cents...been there before these might fix yer problem but def go get another alignment

The only other thing I can think off is there is play in the driveline....don't know if the clunk come when you first let off brake and start rolling or what? but if it starts when u let off the brake...the force u create when driving and stopping will float your driveshaft and components ...might need to tighten front drive shaft????? trying

Thanks for the infor dude. I went to the shop that did my alignment this morning and there shit heads. They know nothing. I yelled and walked out. I'm at a different Toyota dealership now and waiting to see what they say. I hope they find the problem and else I'm gonna scream lol. I checked everything you said and still can't find it . Toyota last night air tool tightened everything so no bolts were loose so it wasn't that. Will post an update in hour when they talk with me. Very frustrating lol. 4 Toyota dealership visits and still nothing lol

I don't know that it's right to start yelling at the dealership for not being able to find a clunk in your front end after you just replaced the entire suspension with non-Toyota spec parts

Well I'm glad you found your noises and sorted them out. Good for you. At least now you know and can't fix the problem. I just make from the dealer again. This time I went with a new place and they said it was my front shocks needed to be tightened more. Some play in the bushings. They tighten that and let me go. 5 mins down the road and I still hear the noise lol. Deff not as bad as before but still hear it. Oh well. I'm done trying to figure it out. I'll just live with it and see what happens.
