Dont know how to describe this fully but maybe someone had similar or has it, i am trying to figure out how to record video clip to show in detail.

So during offroad or street riding over big bumps or flexing of front end, there is a clunk occurs, nothing big but noticeable enough that i wonder if something is a miss. I checked and rechecked everything and nothing is lose or missing, and running out of ideas. its been doing it since day one when i got truck but was curious if something more sinister hiding. took it to dealer and they as usual didnt find anything.

mine is 2016 dual cab offroad tacoma.

Plenty of these threads exist. You should hit up Sosk. He got his dealer to replace some front suspension components and fixed the noise.

Check everything besides suspension. It maybe something else loose, or bad body mount have been causing clunks.

LCA bolts at 100ft./lbs? I had some clunking in the front so when I took it to the dealer for a oil change asked them to check them. They said they were fine,a month later I got my own torque wrench and tighten them to 100ft./lbs and no more clunk...

i didn't check torque on them as RSG just did alignment literly a week before trip which i am sure they had to torque back up after changing the alignment. and this clunking has been on for long time.
