I have a 23 TRD pro auto with 1000 miles on it. last week I started getting a click sound when I accelerate after coming to a full stop. It happens approx 10 feet after moving only 1 click Seems like its coming from left rear but I can feel it on floor where my feet are and some in the steering wheel. After the click no more problem until I stop again and then accelerate again. No vibrations at all. took it on highway smooth as glass at 70. will not happen in reverse. I checked rear u-bolts shock bolts rear brakes and front caliper bolts all ok. Was hoping someone may be able to help before spending a day at the dealer. Thank you for any suggestions. Dave

Do you have a factory bed cover? The reason I asked is my Son's factory bed cover was loose and made a similar noise. He would take off from a stop or make a turn at speeds lower than 10 mph. Like turning into a driveway and you would hear the clunk. We checked everything and we opened the bed cover and the noise went away. Long story short, the bolt holding the cover down was loose. Tightened it up and no more clunk. Just a thought, maybe it will help you, also check the 6 bolts holding the bed down is something to check as well. Might not work but its something to check.

Thank you, no bed cover and bed bolts tight. This is driving me crazy. Going to call dealer and set up an appointment.

I saw a thread recently and I think it had something to do with loose shackle hangers. It was recent and a pretty thorough description. Might search on that.

Check the spare, if there is some slack in the cable/chain it can bang around in the wheel-well.
