    Well, I thought I would update this as after 10 years of living with that sound, I figured it out! It was my stock UCAs. I just had JD Fab UCAs installed and no more clicking over bumps :)

    Faxk, spoke too soon :( Was out hunting this past week, driving around on FSRs and quad/off road trails and the click came back but only when the suspension was under a lot of articulation/load at slow/crawling speed... Oh well...
