Noticed recently when using 4wd it’ll have clunk sound only when turning and only in 4wd. Anyone ever had this problem? Maybe the front diff mount(s)? Tia.

Depending on the surface, traction, and how tight the turn. That is normal.
You are putting the driveline in a bind when turn in 4WD. Something has to give.
    Normally, it's ground (slick conditions).

If the ground doesn't give, the driveline does.

Scrubbed some tires, and knocked a dent out.
    Ouch.

Don't operate in 4X4 unless you're on a slippery surface where the tire can spin slightly on the ground when cornering. Loose dirt, gravel, grass, mud, snow ice etc. Even wet pavement isn't a good idea. And even then, avoid making tight turns. Shift out of 4X4 if you have to unless the ground is slippery enough that you cannot move in 2wd.

Always been on sand or mud when I use it (only time I use it). Never use it on pavement I know it’s not good for drive train. Just noticed it’s done it recently when on sand couple weeks ago and muddy fields yesterday
