I’ve been noticing in the last week or two some clunking when I accelerate off the line and when I’m at a stop. From research, looks like the drive shaft could need some greasing at the zero fittings, possible fix. Truck has about 137,000km/85,000 miles.

I have never greased the zerk fittings, is there anything else that could be causing the clunking? I have no vibration or any other symptoms/noises, just that slight clunk.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. :)

It sounds like it’s coming from the front suspension, its clunking sound. :(

Greased all the zerk fittings, including SPC UCA’s, seems to driving smoother/quieter, there’s still a slight clunk but definitely not like before or as often.

I would get the truck up on a stand so both wheels are off the ground, and do the usual tests for loose wheel bearings, loose struts, and loose suspension parts.

Can you feel the clunk through the steering wheel?

Might also be a broken motor mount, though unlikely if you're using the truck normally (no rock climbing / crashing around etc.).

Long shot: check for loose lug nuts, with each wheel/tire off the ground of course. It does happen.

I had clunking as you described and it turned out that the alignment shop never torqued down the LCA bolts.

    Might check that.
