Is clunking normal after installing 887s with 5100s?

Check you sway bar and make sure it's not hitting the coils. Did you install the sway bar relocation mount?

No. Could you give a few more details? Did you do the install yourself? Was it aligned afterward? Does it happen when you're going over bumps? When cornering?
One thing I would suggest is putting it up on some ramps so the front suspension is at ride height. Remove the front skid, mark your alignment tabs then loosen the lower control arm bolts and retorque them. They need to be torqued to 100 ft*lbs. Do the same for the lower strut bolts. If I recall correctly, the front bushings are loosened by the bolt head and the rears are loosened by the nut.
Also, check your top strut nuts and your sway bar connections.

I think it's the sway bar hitting the coils on the driver side. I need to get the sway bar relocation brackets.
