I've been thru everything after installing the new springs and shocks. Everything is tight but I can't get rid of this clunk when I hit bumps at at around 10mph or more.
Are 887s too long for the shock causing them to bottom out (or top out, however you look at it)?

Did you install a sway bar relocation?

I haven't but I would imagine if the sway bar were hitting the coil I would see a blemish mark on either one or both but I don't. Albeit the sway bar on the driver side has like 1/8th inch clearance from the bottom coil seat.

May I suggest disconnecting the sway bar and seeing if the clunk subsides?

Frame mount bushings (?) supposedly known to go bad fast.
