That doesn't seem right... I hate the noise so much that I'm considering switching to a different UCA. Most likely Camburg

What can be done to prevent coils from topping out? I dont have long travel so there is no point in using a limit strap...shit is aggrevating

I have a similar noise not as intense on yours on my 2017 with a 2.5 inch lift and 33’s, exact same thing everything is tightened down but can’t find a culprit

Doesn't look like he is running a sway bar at all (I see holes where the sway bar end links would go.)

Have you checked both skid plates (if you have the TRD skid plate too.) I have a similar noise coming from mine, but it almost sounds like a big metal panel is moving around, like a loose skid plate....

I have Pelfreybilt differential skid plate and it seems right on there but maybe I'll yank it off and see if it helps. Would coils topping off sound that loud though if it were the coils? That seems as little excessive

Not sure. I've got the same UCA's but an OME lift, and I always seem to have sort of annoying noises from the suspension. Sometimes I think it is from the back, then it the front. It's an annoying clunk that I can't make go away. With the rear door lock failing, and the clunks, I'm about ready to pull the ripcord, bail out and get a new truck.....

Funny, mine is also a 2011, and white..... Maybe it's a white 2011 thing?

Nah mine clinks on bumps and things. Been doing that for years. My lower control arm clack, and so do my break pads. Whatever.

I thought it was just a black thing? I have a black taco and just upgraded to 5100s front and rear. noise is also coming from front. i think its the coils rotating.

Is there any big rocks sitting on top of the skid-plate that could bounce over bumps?

Can't watch the videos since i'm at work, but it could be LCA bushings as well.

Had a similar issue a couple years ago, heard it mostly on speed bumps. Turned out the SPC UCA bushings bound up and snapped the arm. Looked for weeks and drove on it forever until I figured it out (towing nonetheless - scary). SPC warranteed for new style ones without an issue and I had new ones in 2 days.
Pardon the rust...I'm in the NE salt country

Really really stupid question cause you said it's coming from front but is your spare tire seated tight?

I'll take a picture of the front suspension for you guys and you can tell me if there is anything that doesn't look right.

Been my issue twice after getting alignments. I convince them to give that impact hell and tighten the crap out of them. Always works

Yup, looks like Mass roads to me!

As for your problem, It's hard to tell what bumper your running. But one of the support braces on my Pelfreybilt bumper became loose last December, made a similar noise to what you have when going over bridge joints and such. Gonna chalk that one up to Boston roads as well.
