Clunking Sound Hitting a Dip

Hmm, I did retorque the sway bar link, now I’m not sure if it was the shock or link.

 

Did you put loctite on it? When I replaced mine I didn’t use loctite the first time I tightened them and it started again after a couple days

 

UPDATE on my end.

After a year long fight and the dealer thinking I'm nuts. Many replaced parts later, they finally decided to replace the front shock/spring combo and 500Km later I have yet to hear the noise.

Parts replaced before they actually got it right were,

Body mounts
Rear shocks
Leaf springs
Bed mounting hardware
Front shock/springs

 

So far so good over here after a few hundred miles as well. Seems like the stock spring is what we all have in common. I just the Bilstein 5100 with the stock spring before switching to Fox Coilovers.

 

I've got a TRD sport so I'm stuck with the hitachi shocks. Not entirely sure if the springs are the same as well. Perhaps its faulty strut mounts and they haven't quite nailed that yet?

 

Does anyone with a TRDPro have this issue?
