I’ll check them out. I really hope that all it is, is a couple of loose bolts. But the thing is, I don’t hear it at all when I’m offroading. Only when I’m creeping forward or backwards. I’m worried that it has something to do with my steering rack... internally.

I’d just torque the nut side if you can. If you can’t for clearance or some other reason, then at least do the bolt side while holding nut side (not trivial without a lift to stand under).

I did SPC’s from @HeadStrong Off-Road. Been battling alignment issues off and on after my 2” lift and decided it was time to get things dialed in before I get my next set of tires.

Looks great man. I’m running those same bumpstops. I have JBA UCAs rn, eventually going to step up to spc or camburg...

Then its probably not the inner tie rods.
Have you checked the sway bar links and the front mounting brackets.

This was exactly it for me. After an alignment it clunked just like OP describes. I tightened the LCA bolts. Problem solved. So yeah OP, do that first to see if it solves the issue.

the how-to re torque is tightening the nut while holding the bolt head in place to 100+ ft./lbs.? and maybe mark the cam dials

Tighten the nut on both sides. Should be no need to counter hold. 22mm
In all honesty I didn't use a torque wrench, just the German torque spec of gudentight.

135 ft-lbs for 3rd gen. Mark your cams just in case they move so you can move them back. If they are super loose, the cams could spin when tightening.

Isn’t it 100 for 3rd Gen 4wd 135 for 2wd? Just got my alignment after lift and it started to clunk afterwards. Removed sway bar still having same problem. Checked bolts on LCA were at 100 also
