Got a clunk for not sure how long when pulling into a driveway at an angle. I get the front tires up then when the one rear tire gets up (flexing) the bump I get a dull clunk and then the other wheel comes up and the truck shifts side to side once or twice and it clunks less each swing before settling out. Can't seem to pick it up on video. It almost feels like it's beneath my feet but can't place it.

What I've done so far is:
-torqued LCA bolts to 105 ft-lbs (were a little loose but didn't fix)
-torqued strut top nuts to 47 ft-lbs
-torqued strut bolts at LCA to 61 ft-lbs
-torqued body mounts (found 4 on reg cab) to 34 ft-lbs
-visual inspect of sway bar end links looked good
-torqued sway bar mounts at frame to 30 ft-lbs
-torqued u bolts on rear axle to 50 ft-lb's
-bed is right and doesn't move when shaking or bouncing in it

    Things I plan to check:
    -grease between leafs
    -rear leaf bolt torque check
    -exhaust hangers
-steering rack bushings and mounting bolts

Any other ideas? This is getting pretty annoying.

Is it coming from the back or front of the truck? I get occasional random clunks as well.

It sounds like it's under my feet but I've chases sounds around that can be really hard to locate from inside.

Checked the cross member bolts, all were tight and clicked at 35 ft lbs!

Sway bar bushing. Check while on the ground by rocking the bar and seeing if it moves. They make the most noise going in and out of parking lots and driveways when they are worn.

Got the exact same thing and have JBA's sitting in the garage waiting to go on. Also doing all new Whiteline Bushings in the LCA's arms, and new alignment cams.

Check rear u joint. Put in N set parking brake and see if you can replicate it by twisting the driveshaft with your hand

How many miles do you have on your stocks? I'm gonna mount the go pro this weekend hopefully and take a look at all my stuff.

41,000 miles on the LCA's and Cam's, about 21,000 on the Camburg UCA's

Not even over leaves. I am only changing the LCA Bushings as a preventive, and the Cam's since it will be apart. I'm changing the to the JBA's as the Camburg's already have a damaged Ball Joint. So I am switching over to the JBA's as you don't have to take them off to switch out the Ball Joints. The Camburg's you have to take off every time you want to put new Ball Joints in, also I will get better Caster numbers with the JBA's
