I just got my Tacoma back from the frame replacement Friday. They also replaced the leaf springs while they had it apart. Thought everything was good until Sunday and started to hear some clunking noises while driving. If I get out and bounce around on the back I can get it to make the noise and it seems like its coming from the leaf springs. Is this a normal break in thing? Anyone else have theirs done and experience anything like this?

I think I'll be giving the Toyota dealer a call today.

Take it back to the dealer or crawl underneath and check the ubolts, main eye bolts, and shackle bolts.

    Things could've come loose.

When they replaced mine the new rust prev. Paint was sticking so it was making a weird sound. Just needed a little dirt in there From wheelen and the sound was gone.
