Cluster symbol icon

I buy a 2022 Tacoma TRD Sport, I look at my cluster what are these symbol look like 4x4, it have 2 wheel symbol and 4LO, my tacoma trd sport not 4x4 I dont have knob to turn it on, wondering what are these symbol.

 

Rear diff lock? Other one looks like adaptive cruise control?

Nearly every manufacturer does this; costs less to use the same parts across a lot of different models.

First car?

 

I’m sure they make thousands of the clusters and they are all the same, that way they can use them in all the models they offer.

 

i dont even have rear different lock button

Manufacturers will not make a variety of clusters in different configurations as it'll cost them too much money.

 

I'm guessing all the displays are produced to have every symbol even if the truck isn't equipped with it. That's your 4x4 and locker (maybe?). But also, I really have no clue, so my response was as good as worthless

The only symbols that matter are the ones with bulbs behind them Do a scan with key-on, engine-off and again right after startup to see which ones are active in your particular vehicle.
