I've been noticing lately that my when im sitting at a stop light at idle and the clutch pedal is not depressed, there's a "chattering" sound coming from the motor. Then, if I push the clutch pedal in, it stops. I don't know if this is clutch chatter or not, but it can't be too good. Trucks only got 19k on it...not driven hard at all. What could it be ?

Sounds like a bad throwout bearing. I'd take it in, surely it would be under warranty.
