Clutch disk noise... does this sound like it will soon need replacing? (video inside)

    My truck only has 75,000 miles on it, and when I let out on the clutch and allow a little bit of slippage, it makes a squealing noise like shown here:


    Is this a bad sign? I can reproduce the sound in first gear, but not always. For the video it was just easier to reproduce in 2nd. I did let it slip extra much in this video. I do not normally slip it into 3rd like I did.

    I did learn to drive stick on this truck... and I am the 2nd owner.

    Should I start putting new clutch $$$ away now?

    At a stop with your foot on the brake, put it in 5th and drop the clutch. If it dies immediately your clutch is probably OK, if it doesn't die immediately start putting away new clutch money.
