I have an 03 with 175K miles - 2.4L with the W59 5 speed . I got a quote back in January for $850 - $900. That was for a LUK clutch & pressure plate, Aisin would've been higher (dealer order) - per the shop I went to. I'm in N central AR if that matters.

Plan on a grand, at least that's what I'd tell the wife and spend the difference on myself later ;-)

Turned out that clutch pedal adjustment was my issue.

Ok not horrible, I would drive it a bit and if it comes back get it done. Parts wont go bad and the dealer isnt going anywhere. You know you will need it at some point

that’s the plan, gonna flush and bleed master/slave and drive for a bit. I’ll just hang onto the parts and do the job if it comes back.

Update: the problem came back. Dealer did the job today and said the clutch was super worn. No leaks, able to resurface flywheel. Master/slave were OK. Sucks to spend the money now but on the plus side, my clutch feels SO NICE. Truck feels peppier and the pedal feel is so much better.
