In y'alls experience, how long should the clutch last in an '07 1GR access cab? Have a family member with one and they are hearing some squeakiness and I just was wondering

It all depends on how its driven and the skill of the driver. Might last 30K miles for a teenager that drives hard or rides the clutch and it may last for 200K miles for an old hand. That said the throwout on the six speeds is a notorious weak point. Use the search function and there should be a lot of threads about the squeak and failed throwout bearings. Don't just replace the throwout because it doest correct the underlying flaw and the problem will just reoccur. I think URD makes a sleeve that corrects the problem as does PDM. http://pdmusa1.com

When properly driven it should last at least 100K miles.

Lots of things will effect this number. Lots of 4 wheeling, riding the clutch etc...
