Either it's engaged and won't disengage, or it's disengaged(slipping) and won't engage. It's impossible to be both. Explain exactly what it does when you try to take off.

Either, you push in the clutch, put it in gear, let out the clutch and it doesn't move, OR, you push in the clutch, and try to put it in gear and it just grinds and won't go into gear.

That's always a possibility. Put it in gear, let the clutch out, look underneath and see if the driveshaft is spinning.

Let's try this with grammar so it makes a little sense.

You push in on clutch then put it in gear as per normal. Then when you let out the clutch the truck pulls ahead?

If that is correct, then you my friend have a good clutch.

If that is incorrect, then please try again in english what is actually happening.

I think its the pedal itself.

The only way it could be the pedal, is if something is jammed up and won't let the clutch master cylinder release completely.

If you jack up the back end, start the engine, push in the clutch, put it in gear, and then have someone break the line loose on the master cylinder, the back wheels should start spinning if it's a pedal problem.

If the clutch is slipping with no hydraulic pressure, then the clutch has to be shot.
