Nope can see the throw out bearing pushing in pressure plate just not far enough.

The throwout bearing goes back away from the clutch for the clutch to engage. (Go down the road) If the throwout bearing doesn't push far enough into the pressure plate, won't disengage completely, and the transmission will grind and not go into gear. You said it goes right into gear, but slips and won't make the truck go.

Sounds like a bad slave cylinder if the pedal will not return to normal position.

Read through this train wreck of a thread and this is what I gathered.

The clutch pedal bushing is broken which was obvious... before that broke everything was working properly.

Now the clutch is stuck between engaged and disengaged with no pressing on the pedal.

When the pedal is pressed it will fully disengage o you can change gears...

When the pedal is released the clutch again gets stuck between engaged and disengaged ( slipping ).

It is one of two things. The pedal linkage is screwed up and jamming the master cylinder and preventing the clutch fork from returning all the way. This is keeping the pressure plate partially pressed and clutch partially disengaged.

    OR

Your clutch is broken Either the pressure plate or the clutch disk.

I would start at the clutch pedal since you know that the bushing was broken when this happened.

OP I think this video will help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mT3CX0Gj6H8
