    Step 5 doesn't make sense to me.

    All the usual diesel truck mods- fuel system upgrade, programmer, CAI, intake manifold, 60MM stealth turbo
    Pretty sure there’s a rubber line in there. If memory serves it transitions from metal to rubber and back to metal. Good luck finding the issue though. I recently had the slave cylinder in my old Jeep go out. What a pain in the ass that is in comparison. Slave cylinder is inside the bell housing so entire transmission and transfer case had to come out to replace something that normally takes 30 minutes.

    If the master has no leaks and it's holding pressure I'd say it might be the slave, but take your time to figure it out. Might have to quick shift while pressing firmly on the clutch to engage.
