I'm running a Precision 50 trim. Spools pretty well. I'm running about 7-8psi of boost on it right now. It's typically about 10-12hp per psi of boost you gain for a turbo this size, so I'd guess I'm around 185-200hp at the wheels right now. Seems to be a good amount for my truck with 33's on it. I have a sort-of write up on it here if you're interested in checking it out.

I ended up spending about $2500 total with all the fabricating and install done myself. That included all the little random things like flanges, clamps, couplers and whatnot. Most bolt on kits run about this much and are non-intercooled. So I figured it worked out pretty well doing this set up for that much and getting it intercooled. That also included buying the piping and muffler to build a cat back exhaust as well. I just need to have a free weekend to get that done in addition to my clutch job as well now. All in all I think is was worth it. I had a S/C'd 3.4 a few years back that I was a little underwhelmed with and spent a little over $3k on including the S/C being used. This setup feels much stronger and efficient than the 3.4 was. That's just my opinion, I don't have any dyno number to back anything yet. My MPG around town are little down (about 2mpg) since doing this setup, but it does take more fuel to make more HP. On the hwy though, it actually gets about 1.5 mpg better. IDK if that is just from the new injectors, fuel filter, and manifold cleaning though. Either way, I got about 21mpg to Salida CO (about 5hrs from me) going 70mph most of the way. That was boosting to pass people on the two lane hwy285 as well. I have been very pleased with it so far. WIth my 4.88's, i'm usually sitting aroung 3000rpm on the freeway so boost is easy to build when needed with this set up. I definitely recommend it if you are looking at forced induction.
