    So got off the phone with Marlin. The clutch alignment tools are back in stock. So they're shipping out the kits.

    I'll update my opinion of it when I can get it installed and wheel it a bit.

    Curious to know what you think, we pretty much have the same truck and use it the same way (supercharged 5 speed) so if you really like the clutch I'm going to order a kit for when the time comes

    Just to put it out there, other company options were: Centerforce, SPEC. I have a SPEC stage 3 plus with lightweight LCE flywheel that needs to be installed. I don't have a lift and... might just take it to a shop because a driveway clutch job in the middle of the summer sounds awful right about now.

    Yeah I've read a few accounts now of the LCE clutch not being any good, I'm waiting to hear the latest reviews on the Marlin clutch before I commit to that. Otherwise I'll probably just go with a stock Aisin or Excedy clutch again.

    I went back with an Aisin stock clutch. I honestly miss how grabby the LCE clutch was I really liked it. But the clutch damage there I was not a fan of.

    Yeah the grabby feel is what I'm after and what the stock clutch lacks big time. The heavier my truck gets the more annoying it is, especially on the street (offroad I'm usually in 4lo so it isn't an issue).

    I think I will give the LCE 1 more shot here this year. But If it does the same I will definitely never again purchase it. I loved the grabby feel and the release point was higher. It began to disengage about an inch down and was fully disengaged about 3 inches down. So no need to slam the pedal all the way to the floor for quick shifts. Just takes a little to get used to but I was used to it from my BMW that had a Stage 3 I drove on the track.

    Got the Marlin kit on Monday. Everything but the clutch cover(Korean) is made in Japan. Install on Monday.
    I'm going to take pictures of the LCE clutch after 35k miles if anyone cares to see it.

    I'll report back on the Marlin & the Marlin vs the LCE. Hope to get at least 100k off the Marlin. :notsure:

    You sure it's the TOB & not your pedal free play? If the free play is maladjusted it'll cause the input shaft to ride on the TOB. Causing a cyclic squeak. Iirc if you push slightly down on the pedal w/ truck running in neutral & it goes away. That's where the problem lies.
