had a buddy help me align transmission greased the trans. bolts tighten bell housing evenly. the two longest bolts(w/14mm head) enter behind the starter. bleed slave cylinder until clutch pedals is good. this urd stg III clutch combo kit works amazing! the clutch grasp quick!

how long did the whole job take?" and did you fully remove the tranny or jst drop it down with drive lines still intact? or did you have to remove all the drive lines? did you have to support the engine as discussed earlier thanks ben

Decided against the sleeve kit to prevent TOB issue? I'm surprised....figured while you're doing this, you could've thrown on that kit.

Well since my question I had decided just to let fucktoyota do it since I wasn't sure how much time and after pricing the stage three alone and almost ordering the kit without throw out bearing I got discouraged cause I felt URD was being shady on what they send in the kit so .... Forked out 1200$ for toyfuckin yota to fix it I'm so pissed I shouldn't have bought my pos toy. I'm planning on selling it any takers it's got a new clutch package and resurfaced flywheel and only 50k miles POS jap

i got the URD throwout bearing kit for like $250.something and the stg III clutch combo kit(new pressure plate, clutch disk, and flywheel) for like $700. something which all together came out to almost a $G. than i invested in big jack stands(4) and a floor jack and a transmission jack plus i have jus enough space in my garage to do the job. all the work is for one man, except aligning the transmission u would of needed another person. it was all worth it for me. F toyota stock clutch parts to expen$ive. URD parts = high quality (totally worth it).

Yea I just got my clutch and truck back and I will post some pics the wouldn't cover my clutch which under the 5yr 60k mile warranty should be covered unless they feel its ware and tare item or from abuse and it I believe was neither. The enire clutch pad was sheared off from the center peice of the clutch pad and they said it's a abuse item which I wasn't racing nor off road at the time. I will post pics please stand by
