clutch switch and windshield wipers

1995 tacoma 2.7 manual 4x4. Will not start when depressing clutch. New issue and windshield wipers stopped working at the same time. when i use the clutch cancel switch the truck starts and windshield wipers work. i think i should replace the switch under the peddle but will this fix wipers? Thinking relay issue.

Check all fuses first .

Sounds like some circuits are crossed . Have you done any wiring lately ? Thinking near the ignition switch ?

EDIT . dont change out the clutch switch yet ,follow the diagnostic in the pdf to make sure you have voltage at the switch
