Clutch Thumping noise at idle when warm,

I have a 2017 Tacoma SR 4cyl, 5spd, 4x4, Access Cab. I love the truck regardless of it be under
powered, my issue is this thumping noise. when the truck is warm and in neutral there is a thump, thump, thump noise, push the clutch in and the noise goes away.
This happened at 22000 kms and the dealer replaced the clutch, pressure plate and bearings.
the problem went away. Now at 32000 km the problem is back, i never abuse the truck or even drive it hard, in fact everyone tells me i drive it like i am an old man.
what should I do,
Any ideas,
Any one know if there is any TSB on this issue.
Or should I trade it on a 2018, V6, 6spd, 4 door shortbox, cement grey

I would take it in to the Dealer to see what they say before buying another truck.

 

My truck, with the exact same setup except color, doesn't thump.
