My trany seems to be leaking red fluid. it is defiantly not engine oil.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    Driver side = left side

So the fork moves forward and back but it will not disengage the clutch and you have a squeak. It could be a bad throwout bearing. You can pull the boot out a little and see if you can see inside. The bearing is only held on with a spring clip. It sounds like the clutch just needs replaced.

Ya i has a really bad squeal when the clutch was depressed, but that was when it was working. Now it is just a squeek when i am moving the clutch petal in and out.

He is some picks of the trany

In this pic above, is that gear oil on the bell housing (towards the bottom of the pic)?

I think so. it is red, but does not smell like differential fluid. Defiantly not motor oil.

I am somewhat mechanically inclined. I have replaced the valve cover gaskets and a oil pan gasket on my truck.

Hmmm, seems like you might have two issues; a leaking tranny and a bad clutch. It looks like your input seal (main shaft seal) maybe gone in the tranny.
This is what I would do if it were me

1). verify clutch fork is moving
2). If clutch fork IS moving like it should, pull tranny and inspect clutch components.
3). If clutch fork IS NOT moving like it should, trouble shoot clutch hydraulic system (bleed, new fluid, etc.)
4.) After trouble shooting and clutch will still not disengage, return to #2.

    :notsure:

I'm leaning towards a bad master clutch cylinder. Have you checked the linkage to the pedal?

OME all around. SPC UCA. This and that.
Exact same thing happend to me. I Replaced the master cylinder as I could see a small amount of fluid leaking from it. Do the slave cylinder while your at it. Slave is like $60 dallors more. Remove drivers side wheel to get easier access to slave. Bleed the line. I used Asin parts. Good luck.

Had this happen on my 03. not sure what your pedals are doing but I would agree with the slave going out. if the pedal is stuck to the floor and your levels are low its probably the master. Check all your connections to your cylinders also cause mine loosened up driving trails and such. As for any squeaking or creaking from inside the truck, the knuckle on the pedal sucks and toyota actually redesigned it like a year or two ago and you can get a stock or an aftermarket one that is steel. I had a creaky pedal and broke two of those damn knuckles before I figured that one out... apparently i like to slam on my clutch, oops. hope that helps some
