So I replace my 07 Tacoma clutch with a stage two clutch. Since I'm a machinest I resurface the fly wheel. So I bought a new slave cylinder and a new clutch master cylinder. Bleed the line. So now when I push the clutch in it won't go into gear. Now I made sure the pressure plate was torque down the spec same as flywheel. Also I put in a new throw out bearing. So if anyone has put a stage two clutch in their truck and had to make an adjustment or if you have had the same problem with ought a stage two clutch.

Have someone climb under the truck and confirm the slave is operating when you press the clutch pedal. If it is not your problem is with the master/slave. If it is, you may have not installed something incorrect internally.

Look under the dash. See if you can adjust the throw rod that goes from the pedal assembly. It goes from the pedal thru the firewall.
Adjust it out so it's longer and it will push the master cylinder further.

I'm not sure if it was the original clutch because I bought it off of some one else. Now I'm the third owner of the truck and the pressure plate does look like a factory one. It has 148 thousand on it. Now I have movement on slave I adjust the ram and still nothing.

Adjust out that rod some more unless ur maxed out.
I have a stage 2 in my 1st gen and it took quite a few like 4-5 full turns. Half and inch.

It's completely adjust out. Now my only thing I can think is I got a bad slave cylinder because everything is refurbished.

Just a shot in the dark here but what if a gasket has gone bad and not letting the pressure build within the master cylinder

You shouldn't have to adjust anything on that side.
It should be as it was.
When you push in the clutch in is there resistance or is it just a straight push?

The a a little resistance but not much. I've spent 3 hr bleeding the slave cylinder to make sure I got all the air out.

Maybe a gasket not seated right somewhere in the cylinder letting the clutch fluid not build up or slip past somewhere.
