    They will work on a second gen. But will be a little tricky since it has the crease and it doesn't lay flat in the a pillar

    Oh man. I really think that this design can be tweaked to work for 2nd gens as well. I'm hoping that this can still happen. My fault for not realizing that they were model specific.
