Thanks for the update Will. I'm bummed it didn't work out for ya. I'm seriously looking at this, but the closest installer wants $3600 for a sequential injection system.

I have had a few request for updates on my CNG system
I guess i got nothing to say ,the kit has been absolutely perfect, had the chance to tow my boat an friends, maybe 2500# up an over 9% grades at 7000 plus elev.i tested between gas an CNG, back an forth, an the power was equal ,was able to hold good power all the way,
so long story short, this kit works well, http://cngsolutions.net
also the truck has been perfect ,never been to the dealer, the RCD lift is awesome,an now at 45000+ miles on my duratracks, looking for 10,000 more.:D

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
this is pretty cool. unfortunately not really an option for me. but cool

Great to hear Ken. Thanks for update.
I recently picked up a LB to do this, but am thinking about doing my 96 T100 instead (just a throttle body inject DIY kit) since local supply is still a ?.
    Considering a PHILL........

I got the bug for CNG about three years ago sinc eit was .87 cents a gallon. Had a heat and Air buddy saving 8K a year in fuel so we took the plunge.

In OK you are supposed to be state certified to work on CNG so I was lucky enough to go through a class and get a certification. Then I added one of the low cost "mixer" kits from Utah and had about the same experience as Will. It worked but was more of a pain than most people would put up with. However, I found a supplier for a more costly but much more robust kit made by Versus Autogas and made the swap. It was amazing. Been running almost a full year on it and love it. It starts on regular fuel and once the engine and CNG fuel are warm enough, it switches automatically. Barely notice it most of the time.

Super clean oil, same MPG (well MP-GGE anyway) but the net result is like getting 60-80 MPG on your Taco depending on regular gas prices!! The system is easy to program and for most mechanical people, not too difficult. The 3600 PSI system pressure is nothing to take lightly though so beware. Don't waste youe time with the cheap 6mm Chinese tubing most kits come with and go with Swagelok or Parker stainless 1/4".

If you're in OK and interested, you can find me at BNG Alternative Fuel (google for website). ITs only a part time deal for me but its fun and a great bridge fuel for the US. Always willing to help answer questions if I can!

I have installed a few system on other cars for people and so far everyone really loves them. The

Sounds like a neat option for high milers if the gas is available at decent price. Here in Louisville, it looks like one public station and it is $2.49/gallon.

Given my 5k/year driving, a $6k conversion would mean a 20+ year payback time frame. Uh.
