Haven't camped in a looooong time, but! just recently picked up a Gazelle T4 Tent and WOW....am I impressed with the materials and design. Been following their social media pages for a few years, and have watched many YouTube videos on their impressions, and yet after all this time waiting to pull the trigger and finally doing so...I must say the Tent's design and materials has far exceeded my expectations.

Im wondering how you store that tent. Ive been looking at one for some time, but I want to have it in the bed without reducing the ability to carry other camping gear

Ah I see what you mean. If I lay the tent straight along my bed, its too long to close the tailgate. But if I angle it, it will fit. However I usually use a bed extender when hauling all my camping gear. Also I have a roof rack which the tent fits just fine up there as well. So While I have yet to go camping with the tent yet; Im certain I can make it fit smoothly. Ill snap a photo of the truck loaded up with the camping gear (in a couple months).

I appreciate it. Im thinking about getting the T3x, its a bit smaller in length at 57 inches, so hopefully that one fits in the bed with the bed closed

Have it top of the gear, with the use of a bed net on top of everything???

thats an option, but if it weighs a shit load, Id be more comfortable with it actually ratchet strapped down. Don't want a heavy ass tent flying off behind me lol

Could also look at the T3X, which will fit in the short bed, and is a bit lighter.

not a camping ‘gem’ however wanted to do a quick trip to test out the new gazelle tent. And it did not disappoint. Amazing tent.

BTW if you’re looking to camp at Dillion reservoir, definitely check out Prospector CG, try and find a spot in the eastern edge of Loop D, they overlook the lake. But the rest of campsite was quite nice.

Several semi-private and spread out spots, with good views, easier to get to, off CR311 just east of Buena Vista. Just go far enough back to get past the easy spots that every AWD SUV and large RV are at. CR311 E for example:

Hey everyone, looking to hit a new trail this weekend, wagon tongue gulch, near eleven mile canyon. Has anyone down this trail before? I have a couple questions I'd like to ask so I know what to expect. Ive already done a satellite image of the area and scoped it out. But that doesn't really show what the trail is like, if anyone has pictures of it those are welcome too. But ill take any information and tips you have. Thanks!

Fished Twin Lakes yesterday. Silver kastmaster was doing good & caught some great lake trout right on shore. Place was kinda empty to my surprise. Also did some 12 oz curls
