got it! what range you looking to pay a month? Honestly it's just like anywhere else, the cheaper the more ghetto and more expensive the nicer.

 

if you can i'd say stick to Palm Springs / Palm Desert / La Quinta and Thousand Palms.

 

Yeah that’s the plan man to be honest. I’ve lived in the valley since 99/00 and with my job at the ambulance company in Palm Springs I would rather try to stay out here.

Yeah that’s the caviat cheaper is more ghetto and expensive is nicer. I’m like a middle ground person that would say the max I can afford at the moment is ~1,000

 

got it, so you know what's good in the Valley then! Thought you were moving into the valley. It's getting more difficult to rent a decent spot out here, seem like rent pricing has been on the rise.

Everything is going to be on the rise with Marijuana Growing. I’m pretty stoked on it actually because DHS is going to blow up in the next few years. My house is on the rise!

 

gonna be interesting to see how everything turns out 5yrs from now. DHS / N. Palm Springs and Cat city are all having grow houses built.

What shackle flip did you go with?

 

I have the Archive flip. They have the Hammer shackle out now, been hearing good things about that one too.
