    Enforcement (for us) had the JOs going on ridealongs and doing VBS with the sector boarding team (I know, not a thing on the lake, but still)

    Yeah I wish. I'm still able to get underway with my old crew which is fun. I just can't do it all the time and the wife gets pissed at the extra hours just to maintain quals. I just feel like a non-rate again. A non-rate that people grudgingly salute, but mostly make fun of.

    Yeah, no doubt. I know it will pay off in the long run. Going back to no quals for the position you hold after being pretty comfortable in your position is the worst. I’m just glad I went enlisted first
