For those of you with coastal fronts, if you are thinking about changing up your fenders, go with Mcneil 2". This is probably one of the best decisions I have made for my truck. Fitting em only took about 2 hours. Still working on the headlight fill piece but I am very pleased with these so far. They line up perfectly with the wings of the bumper.

Rattle cans, I used dupli-colors paint, primer and clearcoat. Did some sanding in between, both wet and dry. I'm assuming it will match even better once the fenders get some sun exposure. The color is very close, but the finish still needs some work. I need to find something that will gloss the fenders.

finally got the tubes on. i rocked no hoops for a while, then the single and now have the wings. i like the look of every stage. notching the tubes was scaring me off for the longest time but i finally sucked it up and got it done. by far the hardest part of this whole project. but i am pretty happy with the final turnout, just a few small welds to finish off. i have already thrown some paint on it and called it good for now though.
now time for skids which will be refreshingly easy.

@Xtm3330 Looks like that was a low speed crash, glad you are ok. What springs are you running up front?

It was about 10 mph. It wasn't bad at all. Plus it was pretty soft dirt. It was on the track for King of Hammers. I have Toytec 521600 springs on it. Why do you ask?

I'm running OME 885s right now, I have been thinking of stepping up to 700lbs springs and I wasn't sure if you were running them I was going to ask your opinion

I should step up to a spring that better suits my needs. Mine have already started to sag about 2 weeks after the bumper went on. My truck has quite alot of take. I just have no idea what to go up to. Anybody have any suggestions? My toytec coils are 600lb springs. Maybe I should go up to 700lb too. The bumper without the hoops is supposed to be 104lbs.

With the stay at home orders I have had time to attack some projects. Pulled the bumper, chopped up some of the old brackets and made new ones to hold the trim pieces under the headlights. Also painted the sheet metal black around the edges/corners of the bumper. Mounted my winch control box behind my passenger headlight ( i know its a weird spot) I was worried about blocking the radiator and the control box didn't fit on top of the winch (too tight).

I'm running Bilstein adjustables set at 0 with the OME 886 springs. Holds up well so far with all the added weight including the bumper.

I know I'm probably going to get buried alive for this but anyone think I can fit the badlands apex winch in there?

I had to relocate the trans cooler up about 1/2 inch, chop the clutch engage handle about 1/4 inch and remote mount the relay/control box in order to get my winch in, I'm not sure about the Apex dimensions but I would expect some "fitment" to be done.

I have a smitty 9500 XRC in mine. Have to move a few things around to get it to work but it fits.
