I just recently received a Cobra 29 LTD Classic for free and want to mount it in my 1999 Tacoma but I'm having trouble figuring out where. My first idea was right underneath the radio but I'm not sure. Show me pictures of your installs, especially if it's the same model of CB. It would be much appreciated. Also some tips on running the wiring and installing the antenna would be appreciated as well. Here are some pictures of my trucks radio and of the cb radio

If you want it in the Dash not much of a Choice.

Put the Fuse in a easy to reach spot protect the Coax cable from rubbing on sharp metal.

The Last CB I used I used Silicone and put it on the top of the dash and mounted the external speaker behind the drivers seat.

I'll keep that in mind I'll probably go right next to the shifter for now because I want easy access but I've also been thinking about under my seat. I've been looking at other forms of radio too because I'm start to learn about the limitations of CB
