Okay so. After a week and a half of cramming rack is done and lights are wired. Camp table is shortened and the fridge is mounted to a slide in the bed and wired. I'm finally a certified glamper. Maybe I'll treat myself to a trip:D

Took cocobro out on his first overland trip and he had a blast. Did some obstacles they were a little more intense than I planned to do but he handled it great. Somewhere along the way he lost his plastic bumpercover, oh well haha. Drove a section of the Blue Ridge Parkway, did the Bald Mountain jeep trail and camped Flag Pole Knob via Union Springs rd. The wind picked up and we got no sleep so at 4:30 am we decided to pack up and head out. Heading down the mountain via dunkle hollow rd. I can no longer be classified as a poser because I actually used the 50" bar off road and very glad I had that much light when we came across our final obstacle before getting back to pavement. Got too it about an hour after leaving camp and would have hated to turn around and go an hour back plus who knows how long to go another way. On to the pics.

Nice looking truck man. Always nice seeing some more built 4 bangers out there! Haven't been through the whole thread, but gotta give you props for all of the armor and mods that you did yourself.

Saw you over on the Rock therapy thread. Are you making the trip down this year?

it pains me to say this but working on gaining some "expo" points
Got a tailgater hang and haul to fine tune the kitchen setup and I'm gonna take the dive into solar. Moar details once I get it mounted and wire up the controller.

Looks good! I was (still am) the guy who said I wouldn't do much to my truck. It's not crazy (yet) but I have only had it for 8 months! :D So O'burg huh? I was there until 2003. Lived on Edison Ave. went to Wallkill HS. I'm 33 now, maybe we knew each other!! My last name is my user name.
