Code 1604 and 1605

So I'm getting these codes from and engine diagnosed app. However, no check engine light. Truck does seem to run a little rough, but starts up just fine.
I know it can be several things, but I'm wondering if anyone has had similar indication.

The codes seems to be tripped when the engine takes longer than a set time period to start. I’ve not seen any specific time listed.

Can you clear the code, and if so does it return?

If the battery is weak. The engine may take longer to start due to slow crank time.

Really is looks like it’s a start time based trip.
It doesn’t necessarily indicate a real problem.
It is basically saying it experienced an abnormal start time.

I would not worry about unless it just comes on all the time.
